This is wonderful! Thing that always stands out to me in Cheydinhal is the bridge and the river. It's one of my favorite cities! Well, my favorite is Chorrol, but Cheydinhal is where I spent a lot of time. Since I started getting into roleplaying while playing, I'd often just 'sit' by the river, and admire the graphics...now I can admire this picture!

Ah, Cheydinhal. The best place to steal horses because they are WAY TOO OVER PRICES. And by steal I mean open the gate and wait for one to wander out and jump on and RUN FOR YOUR LIFE BECAUSE THE NPC'S ARE WAY TO SMART AND NEVER GIVE UP.

Cheydinhal was one of my favourite towns/cities in Oblivion. It was so peaceful, asides from the fact that it was where the base for the dark brotherhood but oh well :3
