Yes, not all skinny people are "healthy", and she probably was
saying she had not worked out in a while. But when you're dressed like that in a public place (not a gym) and then telling people you're out of shape, it sends the wrong message. Also, I'm terrible at drawing muscles or toned bodies so I failed at portraying that part
All in all, it is definitely more important to be fit and healthy than to just be skinny. And yes, just because someone's skinny, doesn't mean they're healthy... and vice versa: people who are a little larger are not necessarily unfit
Props to this girl at Chaze Bank for going to the gym and working out, but it's not really necessary to tell random people that you're "out of shape".
